I Tripped Over A Pallet Backwards And My Leg Went

I tripped over a pallet backwards and my leg went one way and my left knee went the other way and I heard a loud pop in it. I can't put ice on it it burns and anything warm turns fire engine red. I can't put weight on it it wakes me up at night and I have a lot of presure pushing on it
