I Tryed Meth And Smoked A Lot With A Buddy

I tryed meth and smoked a lot with a buddy at work I was cleaning all day useing bleach and comet and industrial sanitizer I forgot my face mask at home I also have asthma my lungs I believe are irritated so I've been useing my vintlain puffer should I stop the puffer ?? It is helping ? Just concerned
