I Turned From Throwing Something Into The Trash & Hit

I turned from throwing something into the trash & hit my nose really hard against a corner of a wall. I heard a crack but not sure if was bone or cartilage. Between my eyes, around my sinuses, to the temples of my eyes hurt but are starting to subside. Can I monitor this from home?
