I Turned My Foot Over Several Days Ago , No

I turned my foot over several days ago , no pain at all when I did it. then on this pass Wednesday iy felt like something happened to my foot and iy shot pain all the way up my leg now I can walk but no much weight on iy very painful. And my leg muscle is throbbing and swollen now I don't know if this is from hopping around on my foot.
