I Type And Work On The Computer Most All Day

I type and work on the computer most all day making handwritten chicken scratches as well for different reminder notes. This morning I am having lots of misspelled words and my handwriting is horrible even when I try to concentrate and make the number five (5). What is happening? Like I said I noticed it at 8:00 am and it has not improved throughout the day. I have Type II Diabetes and have had for 10 years. I do not have a meter to check my sugar, could it be this? I don't slur my words nor any other symptoms that I am fully aware of. I am at work, but this is very odd (at least for me). Got any ideas?
