I Undergo On Nose Operation Due To Bleeding, After 2

I undergo on nose operation due to bleeding, after 2 months i always had an Headache, dizziness, cold feet, tiredness, weakness, short breathing, muscel cramps is this all symptoms of iron deficiency? Should I take sorbifer? Please give me an advise, thank you
