I Understand Lyme Disease Can Damage Body Organs. My Daughter

I understand Lyme Disease can damage body organs. My daughter had her gall bladder and appendix removed in her early 20s as they were damaged and not working. We could never understand why at such a young age and she didn't have gall stones. She has also suffered from anxiety, OCD and depression at age 16. could this be the cause of Lyme Disease? She has recently been told she was exposed to Lyme Disease at a young age. testing supports it as she tested positive for Epstein Barr and her mycoplasma levels are high along with her HPV 6 (I believe that is what it's called). She has been told she has co-infections due to the Lyme Disease. I understand Lyme Disease affects you neurologically. Her hands are always shaking and none of the doctors we saw in the past could tell us why? Do you think this is also due to Lyme Disease? Can you give me more information. thanks for your help!
