I Understand That Coversyl Plus And Franc Are Not Compatible.

I understand that coversyl plus and franc are not compatible. I take cp to keep blood pressure in check but also suffer from arthritis in lower back and hips. Have had several uti 's and blood in urine, could these be connected? I only take franc occasionally for a few days when pain is bad but would like to take them more often
