I Understand That Taking Calcium Pills Do Not Help A

I understand that taking calcium pills do not help a person who is osteoporosis. The key to improving osteoporosis is exercise, both walking and strengthening your arms, core and legs. I have taken calcium pills for twenty years along with drinking lots of milk and nothing has improved. I also understand now that drinking milk is a big mistake because it destroys bones rather than helping them. Is this your opinion as well? YYYY@YYYY Thanks, Sandy Putnam
