I Underwent Small Bowel Gangrene Surgery In Feb. 2011 And

I underwent small bowel gangrene surgery in Feb. 2011 and thereafter developed celiac disease detected in June 2011. Since then I am following gluten free diet. Since then I go for passing stool in the morning five times - two/three times before breakfast and two/three times after breakfast and remain comfortable after that throughout the day. Intermittently I feel problem of flatulence and problem of IBS but after taking ORNI-O and bifilac, problem got settled in two-three days. But for the last 20 days, in the morning I go for passing stool and first two-three times I comfortably pass stool but after that I am not able to completely evacuate my bowel and to strain myself and throughout the day felt urge for passing stool and problem of flatulence. Doctor gave me ORNI-O and Rifagut 550. After taking ORNI-O and Rifagut 550 for 2 days, I passed stool for 15 times and also passed blood. Now Doctor stopped Rifagut and recommended ORNI-O and Econorm, which I am taking for the last three days. But still I am feeling the problem of flatulence and urge for passing stool no. of times after eating something. but when I go for passing stool, unable to pass stool. Please advice.
