I Use 125 Patches Of Fentenyl. My Head Sweats So

I use 125 patches of fentenyl. My head sweats so profusely that I need a sweat band to do simple chores. Also at night I wake 5 X a week with the pillow, sheets, ect totally wet. I am 69 yrs old & have been through menapause. This has been a problem for 6-8 years. Dont' sleep well due to this. Can you help? I have severe migraines & have been to 5 migraine hospitals over the years This is why I take Fentenyl. Can this low dosage cause this much sweating? Pls advise
