I Use A Cpap And Have Occasional Urine Smell While

I use a cpap and have occasional urine smell while using it . it does not leave my nostrils. I have been having severe headaches, ear & facial pain .ENT says no infection, see neurologist. Had ct scan face and head, ok showed trigeminal nerve ok after episode of facial swelling allergic reaction after using nasal spray one time prescribed by Dr..Nose always feels like burning sensation with headache. Recently diagnosed with Lupus. Currently bedridden following surgery from torn Achilles tendon so sleeping more. It has been over a month from reaction to nasal spray and not better. Wondering if from Lupus, cpap or something else. Ct stated mild cerebral atrophy with dilated sulci over the convexity. Previously lost job due to medical so obtained self insurance, had for the year now dr office no longer accepting insurance so self pay until find a dr.- can't afford visits anymore. Not sure what direction to go.
