I Use Neo Penotran Suppository 3 Days From Now And

I use neo penotran suppository 3 days from now and i bleed so much .today is october 9 and the last day of my period was on september 29..i took dianne pills after my period and it was on september 30 until october 3 and i stopped it due for some abdominal pain and my doctor suggested to use suppository.. i wanna know if this bleeding is normal? I bleed but theres no cramps anymore..
