I Use To Take The Estradial .1 Transdermal Patches, The

I use to take the Estradial .1 transdermal patches, the Estradial .05 transdermal patches, and the Combipatch (estradiol/norethindrone acetate transdermal system). I was on this combination for several years. I had to stop taking this combination of patches because I lost my good insurance plan. As soon as I quit taking the patches, my menstrual cycle stopped. I want to go back on the patches because I felt my overall health was much better on this medication (my weight, my energy level, my depression level). However, this medication is very expensive and I don't know if I can get my current doctor to prescribe it.
