I Used A Bit Of Lotion As Lubracation On My

I used a bit of lotion as lubracation on my vagina vary recently. There's no irritation, I'm feeling no discomfort other than a mild warm sensation. but now that I know it's bad you use lotion inside that area, how can I get it out of me? I don't want to get a uti or yeast infection.
