I Used A Combination Of 3% Warm Water And Peroxide

I used a combination of 3% warm water and peroxide to clean my right ear the other night and I rinsed it with warm water to make sure I got it clean after I noticed I couldn't hear out of my ear I took a hot steaming shower to help with it but it didn't help. I tried ear drops, hair dryer on cool low about 10 inches away from my ear, a heating pad all nigh, boiling water, my palm as a suction and nothing has really helped. At first I thought it busted but I have no pain at all. Do you have any idea what it could be?
