I Used A Q Tip In My Ear And My

I used a q tip in my ear and my ear is now blocked. Went to an urgent care and they prescribed me an antibiotic amoxicillin. I went to a follow up check up with my doctor and they said i have impacted earwax, im not too sure though. It had severe pain, i had a fever, and it feels full, i cant hear.
