I Used A Q-tip To Clean Out Excess Allergy Related

I used a q-tip to clean out excess allergy related ear wax. i accidentally poked a little to hard and with brief pain my ear bled. not out right, just on the q-tip. it's been 24 hours, ear is clear, i can hear...should i still get it checked out by a doctor?
