I Used A Softlips Lip Balm And 2 Days Later

I used a softlips lip balm and 2 days later I got tiny white bumps on my lips. I used vasaline for it. Today, 3 days later, I have raised black splotches on both of my lips. Can ypu please help and explain. I want my lips back to normal. What do I do?
