I Used A Treatment Of Just For Men Beard Coloring

I used a treatment of just for men beard coloring yesterday. Today I woke up to severe skin irritations pus sipping crusty spots on my chin and throughout my beard. What can I do to treat this at home. It itches and I have a mild swelling under my chin as well. Please advise
