I used an in home fertility sperm check testing to see if and I found out that it is positive for the 20 million count.. I we have not been able to conceive after 4 months of trying.
I am healthy, she is healthy-- although she does have stress sometimes at work.
I have been eating all the top recommended sperm boosting foods that your site has given.
So I am wondering are those in home testing kits really 99% reliable and if so could motility be a problem for the cause of not conceiving? what other options do you think we have for getting pregnant? thank you
