I Used Baking Soda And Water To Attempt To Get

I used baking soda and water to attempt to get rid of blackheads and it didn't work. I then used moisturizer afterward and exfoliated a few times later that week. I was looking in the mirror a week ago, after all of this, and I'm noticing a few raised, pale/almost white, roundish spots on the end of my nose. When I look at it up close, it looks like the whole tip of my nose may be swelling a little, but it doesn't hurt or itch or anything. It isn't milia. They aren't white but paler than my skin usually is and mostly flat but a little raised. Is it cancer or what is it?
