I Used Canestan Pessary Once 6 Days Ago For Thrush.

I used canestan pessary once 6 days ago for thrush. When I woke up the next day there was slight bleeding, only spots of bright pink blood. It's only a little but has continued for 5 days and is accompanied by some cramping. My period is not due and from things online this appears to be quite common. Should I be worried it's going on so long?
