I Used Conditioner To Shave My Vaginal Area. I Felt

I used conditioner to shave my vaginal area. I felt it burn, rinsed it, shaved it, since then outer skin has had burning sensation. It has gotten better it never hurt to go to bathroom, tiny burn when having intercourse (burning on outer skin not inside vagina.) is this normal?!
