I Used Cream On A Rash Near The Vagina Then

I used cream on a rash near the vagina then started feeling it getting irritant and itchy. This was when I noticed I used hair removal cream not rash cream it hurts a bit to pee and their is a bit of blood. The cream was on for about a hour ans their stills mght be some on that's to painful to get off. Is their anything I can do to stop the pain? Will it cause permeant damage? How long will I be in discomfort?
