I Used Crystal Meth IV This Morning Around 4:00 AM

I used crystal meth IV this morning around 4:00 AM and it is currently 3:00 PM I still feel lots of nausea and increased heart rate, I am not a regular user of meth however I am an opiate addict and am currently taking 80 mgs of methadone daily. My question is should I be worried or is this just a regular side effect from the crystal meth that goes away in time
