I Used Dettol To Cure One Of My Pustule Last

I used dettol to cure one of my pustule last night, i didnt put it overnight just kept it there in soaked cotton for 10 minutes or sovas it was burning then, after an hour, it formed a patch of brown colour on that area, there was a burning sensation last night but now there is no pain no burning sensation. My main cocnern is, will that pigmentation go and Will it form scar?
