I Used Marijuana The First Few Months I'd My Pregnancy

I used marijuana the first few months I'd my pregnancy and cigarettes alot I didn't know I was pregnant. On my ultrasound they told me I was 24 weeks according to the measurements. Could they be off and could my baby be a little older and my due date be closer?
