I Used Power Jelq Device (penis Enlargement) For 4 Years

I used power jelq device (penis enlargement) for 4 years and got good gain ,but unfortunately during exercise I saw blood come out from my urethral unit ,I stop exercise immediately but I wonder that it could heal itself or need any med to heal.Please advice .Thank
