I Used Salactin Paint To Get Rid Of My Facial

I used salactin paint to get rid of my facial wart.....I used it for 4 days...then it became black ....then started using silverex. ...a wound was formed and when I removed it a fresh pink skin without the wart was found.....I dint take much precaution and used a scrub to clean my face...after 2 days I see brown scars in the places where I actually found fresh pink skin. ...please help how to get rid of these scars...should I start using silverex ....I am completely confused...
