I Used The Symptom Checker On WebMD For My Abdominal

I used the Symptom Checker on WebMD for my abdominal pain. When selecting the factors that made it worse, it threw a red flag when I checked off sudden movement and told me to seek medical attention right away... but it didn't tell me what this might indicate. What does that mean?
