I Used To Be A Big Drinker. But I Stopped

I used to be a big drinker. But I stopped for awhile. Know just one mixed drink make me feel funny, veins start to bulge quick bigger the one or two drinks the larger they get. Feel like gonna burst and burn and pins and needles and can start to feel like Iam gonna pass out? I do have lung diseases
