I Used To Get Acne Between My Breasts From Being

I used to get acne between my breasts from being athletic, I had noticeable purple scars then it started to hurt and it really hurt so I went to see what it was and I was gushing blood! Now there's a hole in my chest and I can't run water over it in the shower help!!!
