I Used To Get My Periods Regularly Last Month I

I used to get my periods regularly last month I took Primoult - N to skip my cycle for special occassion. Post which I dint get periods at all. 2 days before I took Mensovit Plus to make my periods regular still no response. Could you please guide me what needs to be done now ?
