I Used To Have Abnormal Paps About 2 Years Ago,

I used to have abnormal paps about 2 years ago, and my gyno told me it would clear up on its own, it was looking like HPV. I just found a bump by my vagina that I feel like is genital watts? Does this correlate? How can I know for sure if it is warts? I tried the at home vinegar test but I don't think it lightened?? Maybe it did but it did burn a little
