I Used To Have Extremely Low Blood Pressure. I Was

I used to have extremely low blood pressure. I was put on lithium, trileptal, and seroquel a little over a year ago and have put on over 30 lbs since. The last couple months, I have changed my diet. I have cut out almost all of sodium intake & have cut out all sugar intake, besides natural sugars. I also began a workout plan 2 weeks ago, which I know is very recent, but nonetheless, i have begun. I checked my blood pressure today & was shocked. 123/95!!! Can this be due to my medications or, possibly, the incredible amount of stress I've been dealing with? Stress level has been INSANELY high...father passed months ago & I am taking care of many things I had not before. I am worried...please help!!!
