I Used To Have Normal Circle Of Penis Erection, But

I used to have normal circle of penis erection, but of late i seam to be having eretile difusion after the first round . My wife end up giving up. i am now 47 but have execellent medical health. I visited a pharmacist and was advised to take some sexual suppliments and was given Dr lee which is for penis enlargement and body vitalising body. even though my penis is medium and having it enlarged wouldnt it cause it to be even worse. Is this a permanent solution or not?
