I Used To Masturbate A Lot. Since Last 7-8 Years

I used to masturbate a lot. Since last 7-8 years I have been facing a problem of semen leakage, my penis is almost lifeless, it's size is very small and there is hardly and rigidness in it. Due to continuos seminal leakage ,I have become extremely weak and prone to diseases. I need urgent help because my life is at stake. Please if you can help me cure this problem, or suggest anything regarding it.
