I usually have a moderate to heavy flow period. Every 28/29 days. Last month's period was 3 days late extreme cramps, vomiting, and heavy bleeding for about 3 days day 4,5 were light had spotting till 9 days. This cycle has arrived one day early extremly light on and off, and moderate cramping and mostly in my right side lower abdomen and back which is unusual for me. I am on the 3rd day of seeing blood and I have no cramping minimal and still very light. Do you think this may be implantation bleeding?
