I Usually Have A Normal Menstural Cycle Lasting 4 -5

I usually have a normal menstural cycle lasting 4 -5 days. This time I had extremely heavy bleeding and clots. My cycle while it has decreased it has not stopped. Its been on over a week. The color ranges from Avery bright red to a very dark brown. I also had an episode that I completely wet my pants....it was a clear liquid no color no odor or anything. I had a tampon on when this happened and my pants were still soaked. My breast and nipples were also extremely sore the first couple of days when my cycle started. Do you have any idea what could be happening or what I should do?
