I Usually Have A Really Heavy Period .. However I

I usually have a really heavy period .. however I started, which I thought was my period but I'm not sure if it was, nearly 2 weeks ago. It was a very light bleed (which is unusual for me) I'm still bleeding a little bit. What could this be?
Iv recently moved to Australia and its all been a tough journey I'm wondering whether it's stress related
