I Usually Have A Resting Heart Rate Of Around 55-65

I usually have a resting heart rate of around 55-65 burt quitw recently I have seen myself waking up with it at 95-105 with shortness of breath and tightness in my chest? My doctor said they recorded it at 93 which they wouldn't worry about but for it to change so dramatically in the space of a few months is concerning!
