I Usually Have Heavy Periods At The Beginning Of The

I usually have heavy periods at the beginning of the cycle and intensely painful cramps... This month I had very very light bleeding and no pain, then on the fourth day (and after playing around with my partner via fingers) for a few hours it was gushing... I went home had a bath and it literally stopped and period seems to be over. I'm so confused if I should be worried...
