I Usually Have Very Normal Periods. Min Started Today Like

I usually have very normal periods. Min started today like it should have. I'm having normal cramps, tender breasts, bloating etc that always comes alon with it but this time is very very light as almost if I'm almost done with it. I'm using tampons which I always do there's not much on them mainly when I pee blood comes out and when I wipe not much to wipe I am sexual active and do not use protection. I am very confused please help.
