I Ve Been Taking Starpress Xl 25 For The Last

I ve been taking starpress xl 25 for the last ten days, before that i was taking amlopin 5 mg for the last two three years.now my blood presure was fluctuating so my doctor suggested that i take amlopin 5mg and starpress xl 25 after my breakfast .but i am not feeling comfortable with this combination .please tell me the side effects of starpress xl 25.
