I Visit My Gp For 6weeks Postnatal Checkup I Concern

I visit my gp for 6weeks postnatal checkup i concern about my leg pain he send me hospital for dvt blood test the test is positive.there dr started treatment by giving intections in my tummy.they give me 3 injections,then they do ultrasound but in scan there is no blood clot . Now i am worry whey dvt level is high even now i feel pain in my wrist vein and preesure on nose as well.is it related to dvt. I m worring
