I Visited A Doctor And She Got My Blood Test

I visited a doctor and she got my blood test done. I had anaemia 8.5 hrs. So she prescribed me ten b12 injections once weekly and ferrous ascorbate tablets daily for 2 months. I need your opinion on whether this therapy is required as I am not feeling weak.
