I Visited A Doctor For Blood Test On Friday !

I visited a doctor for blood test on Friday ! The nurse couldn't find my vein and I believe she poked my nerve! Since than my forearm is numb inside and it's a sharp pain /like burn/ when I straighten out my arm! Is it permanent or it will heal ? What should I do? Please help, thank you!
