I Visited The Doctor Today As I'm Getting Pains In

I visited the doctor today as i'm getting pains in left side if my chest since yesterday morning around my breast area. It's comes and goes every couples of mins. She prescribed difene for inflamation. I'm 35 year old female with no underline medical issues. Should I attend A&E if the pain continues.
