I Vomited This Afternoon. It Was Hard To Get All

I vomited this afternoon. It was hard to get all the vomit to come from my throat and at the end I saw red blood. Now I feel like something is swollen in my throat and when I swallow it is uncomfortable and it feels like something is moving when I swallow. What is this or has anyone had these symptoms before?
